Family plan - living together verification

My Question or Issue

 I have recently started a family plan with my housemates. We live at the same address however, my housemates have been taken off the account saying that they were unable to very that we all lived together.

We all live together and would like for this plan to work.  Please advise what steps need to be taken for us all to share a family plan.
