Family plan problems

when I sent an invite to my daughter through the family plan it says her email and password are wrong. We also updated phones and handed down our phones and now my son can’t sign into his and his was set up on his other phone. Not having a phone number to call is getting old

Hi @Mattp1980, thanks for writing.

 

If the issue is just signing in, your daughter can just reset her password.

 

What message does your son get when trying to sign in?

 

You can check your account status and active members of the plan clicking on the link bellow.

If they are set as active members, it's just a matter of figuring out the sign in issue.

We tried resetting the pass word and that didn’t work either. It says the email or password are incorrect on both my son and daughters. 

That's odd.

 

Are they sure of the e-mail addresses in their accounts?

 

If not, I suggest you contact support so they can help you.

 

Make sure to enter the information for the account that you cannot access, and also include an email address that you would like Spotify to contact you at using the proper fields

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
