I am not being able to pay for a familiar plan, I tried with 3 different cards without success. I have a problem with my credit card so didn't pass the pay one month and my account was suspended. Now I solved the problem and want the service back but I always receive a message error.

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure your card meets all the requirements.

 

If you're sure the card meets these requirements and you've contacted your bank to make sure it does, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get the plan.
