My Question or Issue

I have subscribed to Family Premium, all my family members except my daughter is not able to access this account as she currently overseas on study over the next 6 months in the US while the plan we signed up is for Singapore. Will she be able to access the spotify premium account?

Welcome to the Community.

Members of a Premium for Family subscription must live at the same address. If your daughter is no longer living with you, then she will not be able to be a member of your Family Plan as she's living overseas.
