Family plan, variable locations, can I?

Solved!

Family plan, variable locations, can I?

Greetings,

I work in a remote area while my other family members live in the same household. I usually go there during the weekend, then return to worksite for 5 days. I'm strongly considering spotify family as the app has been very convinient to me over the past decade, but this rule is setting me off, there is a competitor who does not apply same location but my preference is to use spotify.

Is there any solution or a workaround for this?

I'll be the only one to use a PC, while all others on the phone.

Hey @HESHY,

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, all members of a Premium Family plan must reside at the same physical address as the plan owner. No exceptions can be made in such cases I'm afraid.

Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
