Family plan

I paid for the family plan, but its making my other users still have ads. Can you guys fix that please?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards, as its content fits better here. 

 

Keep in mind that if the members have already joined your plan and they're listening to podcasts, it's expected that they'll hear ads occasionally. This is because some podcast creators may include third-party advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages in their episodes.

 

If this is not the case and the ads are playing while they're listening to music, we'd suggest asking them to make sure that they're all logging in to the right accounts. They can check out this article to find out if they have more than one Spotify account.
