My Question or Issue

I have premium family subscription however i can only listen on one device, as it kicks the other user off even though they have accepted invite. can you please assist

Thanks for posting !

Premium for Family subscription allows multiple accounts to have private premium while only the owner of the plan pays for it. 

These accounts joined which are on a Premium for Family plan can be used simultaneously but one account could not stream at two different devices at the same time.

There is no subscription plan which allows you to do that.
