My Question or Issue

Even I´ve the Family Premium I hear commercial ads when I connect Spotify in the car. Shouldn't they be hidden?

Thanks for reaching out. Check your receipts page and payment method and make sure that your Premium is still active. If you can’t see the payments anywhere, then it was most likely unsuccessful, so just try again. If you were actually charged according to your payment method but the payment is not visible on the receipts, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
