My Question or Issue

when I try to invite my wife to the family plan - we got the note that she owns the account. I am not able to delete that. Tried to delete the app, changed the password, nothing helped, what can I do?

Thanks for getting back and sharing the error message.

 

In that case, please create an invite link and send it to your wife.

 

Then, make sure no Spotify account is logged in on the device she'll accept the invite with. When she opens the invite link, she'll be asked to sign into her own Spotify account.

 

If she doesn't have an account yet, she'll first has to sign up for one.

 

Once she's signed into her own Spotify account, she should have no issues accepting the invite.
