My Question or Issue

I have a family premium account and added my son to it with his own Spotify account. Still, we cannot play different music at the same time. I read in other posts that the solution was to create an own Spotify account for all family members in the abo. But I did, and it still does not work. How can I solve this?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It does sound like you are both using the same Spotify account, otherwise this kind of issue wouldn't occur.

 

In this case, I'd recommend that you both log out of your devices and then log in again, but using your own account details 🙂
