Family premium account

I started a family premium account a 2-3 months ago for a year and now i have again the free account? How is this possible and what can i do?

Hey @Nikolaibruyneel, welcome to the Community!

Does logging out and back in make a difference with seeing your Premium features? Also, check your Account Overview to see if you're Premium.

If not, check the Receipts tab to see if that's the same account you used to sign up for Premium with. If not, then it means you have two accounts. 

Once you find out the account details for your Premium account, follow these steps to close your Free account.
