My Question or Issue

 Our family members can not join the family. Two of us are asked about address detailly, but me as starter the plan did not enter the address, i was only asked about the zip code. So our addresses do not fit. What should we do?

Hey @baharsokmen.

 

It's odd that you weren't asked for the address of the Family plan. When you get the plan and send the first invite to a family member, a pop up should ask you to enter the full address.

 

If this didn't happen at all, and you've already sent the invites to your family members, try cancelling them, and sending the invites again using an incognito window or a different browser.
