Family premium membership

The other day I was going to use my Spotify account that was subscribed to the family premium pack. I discovered that my account was reverted back to a free account. I wanted to ask why this happened.

Hey @Bob278,

 

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?

 

If it is showing as premium, try logging out and back in again from spotify app. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 

 

If your account is still showing as free, double check your details, its easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details.

I checked and I only have one account and it's the Facebook login. The thing is the people who are in the family premium package with me also was changed back to a free account. 

Just to confirm, does your account overview says you are on premium? You can check it here.

No it says free account but I'm supposed to be still on premium. 

Can you take a screenshot of the receipts page and post it in here?
