Family premium plan

Family premium plan

hello,

registered last week for the family premium plan and have sent my invites to my family- they are having commercial interruptions during songs, limited skips etc. I’ve logged out and back in again, even uninvited them and re invited them and no success. Could someone please help me out?

Can you check if they're still appearing as a Free account? They can check that in their Spotify account page. Also, could you try to send the invitation again?
