My Question or Issue

Hello can someone please help.

I have had a family premium account for the last three years but due to a bank issue (not funds) my direct debit failed and spotify put all members on my account to seperate free accounts, I have now restored my family account but can't seem to retrieve my families details, I have sent invites but they are not being recognised even though they have been members three years.

Any advice really appreciated.
