Family subscription problem

Family subscription problem

I upgraded from premium to family bout 1 week ago. have invited my partner but it just says invite pending. she isnt getting invites, in mail or junk. 

anybody have this trouble?

Hey @jenskristian, welcome to the Community!

 

Can you try making sure you sent the invites out to the right account? You can try inviting them using an incognito window to see if it helps with them receiving it.

 

Also, make sure you input their email address in all lowercase letters.
