My Question or Issue

 

Hi, I'm having trouble adding my address as part of the Spotify Family plan. It works for all other members, but mine won’t go through. I’ve tried doing it outside of incognito mode and through different browsers, but no luck. I'm currently traveling and would love to have it working. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Since you've mentioned that you're currently traveling, I recommend trying it again once you're back at the address that is registered for the plan.
