Family to Student Account

Hi, I was wondering whether it is possible for me to switch from a family account to a student account, but keep the family account intact. I am the owner of the account, but want to make use of the spotify + headspace student bundle. 

What do I need to do?

Hi @henrike_kristin, thanks for writing!

Currently it's not possible to change the account's Administrator. If you really want to do it, you should cancel the Family plan and then follow the steps to get the Student plan.

Keep in mind that the member's plans will revert to Free after the cancelation.

Also remember that users can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
