Forgot the main profile login in premium account

I already joined the premium family account, but cannot remember the main profile login details, so cannot remove or add the members now.

Just to confirm, are you the owner of the plan or you joined as a member?

Keep in mind that each account is personal and only the Premium Family plan owner can add or remove members. If you joined the plan as a member, you won't be able to do so.

If the plan owner needs to add or remove a member, they can do so from their own account by following the steps here.

In case the owner of the plan has forgotten their log in details, they can reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can help out with this.

duo plan manager recently switched to a new phone and can't remember their login details; there gmail account login does not seem to be recognized
