Geen uitnodoging ontvangen family premium abbonement

Ik ben uitgenodigd om **bleep** te nemen aan een family account van spotify premium. Echter ontvang ik geen uitnodigingsmail.

-ik heb al bij de ongewenste en spammails gekeken.

-de uitnodiging is al een aantal keren opnieuw verzonden.

-de uitnodiging is al door de beheerder geannulleerd en opnieuw verzonden.

Hoe kan ik de mail wel ontvangen?

Can you ask the user to make sure your email is in all lowercase when sending you the invite? They can also try sending the invite from an incognito window to see if it helps.

Lastly, you can try changing your email address here. Once that's done, ask them to send the invite to the updated address to see if it helps.
