When I go to checkout for the premium family discount on a Google Home, the discount is not applied and my total is still $49

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!


Keep in mind that in order to avail the offer, you'll need to follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Spotify.
  2. If you were already a Premium for Family plan owner, head here to register for the offer. If you've subscribed for Premium for Family for the first time, go to step 3 instead.
  3. Go to
  4. Select your preferred colour and click Buy

I am having this some issue. I followed the steps when I got the email from Spotify. It charged my credit card, I had to cancel the order. And now I can't order because it says there is a limit to 1, so it is not registering that I cancelled.

I have Premium Family in the US and in checkout it has the full amount and I can't figure out why. I've done all the right steps. I'd love help, THanks!
