My Question or Issue

 I submitted a request for the free Google Home Mini back on december 10th when I got the email. and then went ahead and set things up in the google play store.  However, I didn't realize that I was logged into google under my business email address and they canceled the order.  I believe the order was cancelled because you guys couldn't verify the email address on the google order.  I asked them about it and they said that multiple people had had this problem already and they'd sort it out.  However, nothing came of it.  I would like a google home mini to try out with our spotify account!  Thanks,  Mitchell

Thanks for reaching out to us about this on the Community.

 

You mention that you were in touch with Spotify Customer Support about this in December. They should have asked you for an email address and said that they would pass it on to the right people, and that they would get back to you as soon as they had any updates. If so, then hold tight - they are still working on this and they should get back to you soon.
