I recently (end of November) signed up for Spotify Premium Family during the Google Home mini promotion. Unfortunately, the home mini was sent to the wrong address (an old address on my Google account which I was not aware was still there). I have been in contact with Google several times since then, they told me they were working on a solution with Spotify. My most recent message from them now tells me that I need to contact Spotify for assistance with this matter. Please help--feeling kind of ripped off here! Thanks for any assistance.
