My Question or Issue

 

Looks like I'm not the only one in this situation according to other forum posts but here we go : I subscribed a family premium and was supposed to receive a free google home mini. estimated delivery : 14-16 may. On May 17, nothing received.. so I cheked my emails and clicked on the trackin DHL page. surprise : package was delivered on may 15. I called google store support and they said someone signed the package receipt.

 

My wife was at home at the time of delivery indicated on the tracking page but no ring door bell neither phone call  ... asked my neighbordhood about that : nobody knows.  google said they will come back to me but I m afraid they will continue claiming that the package was delivered and voila.  can Spotify helps ?

Waiting for spotify support reply now. Google keeps saying that the package has been delivered , maybe it s true, but was not to me or my wife. they don't want to replace , I'm very surprised about this, as big ecommerce names as usually better customer relation management. what they said is more or less "hey , you are a liar , the package has been delivered, and you want a second one, but it wont work.."

still not received anything. I manage to get the confirmation that the package has been lost, but after contacting spotify / google by email more than 10 times, the issue is not solved, spotify sent me 3 differents promo code for google home mini, but none of them worked.

Thanks for the reply. Any shipment/delivery-related questions should be taken up with Google. If they're unable to help here - Spotify can't do much from here since this offer has already ended.
