 I took picture from my son phone to show you i have account and Album but i dont see it.

Could you try signing out/in? If that doesn't help, could you try making sure you're logged into the correct account by checking out this Support page?

Hi thank you for the reply, now i get that username Marlonrosel does not exist?...when i want to reset my password with my email i see very difference username. .

Thanks for the info! 

Usernames are automatically generated, so they are usually a string of numbers and letters. Right now, it's not possible to change your username - and there is more info on this here.

Let's check the status of your account. Could you try going to your account page, and let me know if your subscription says 'Free' or 'Premium'?

I found the problem .stupid me. I had my account on my work email ..it works got everything back .
