I'm not able to use my family premium account, yesterday I did the changed from a free account to a family premium account, my husbands account it's already working as premium (he received my invite), I received the bill and the email confirmation but I'm not able to use it as premium... every time Log in into my Spotify.com account it shows "FREE ACCOUNT" 😓😓 

PLEASE HELP I NEED MY MUSIC W NO COMMERCIALS 🤢

Hey @MarielaPalma! Thanks for writing.

 

Can you make sure to accept the invitation from an incognito window on a desktop PC? Keep in mind that your husband needs to send it your way first. If you'd like, there's some helpful info on this link about how to do it.

 

In case you already accepted the invite, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.
