HELP!!!!!!!!!! Trying to do family premium and it will not let me!!!!

Can someone tell my why no matter what I do there is no way to add my family to my plan? With seperate accounts I should say. This is driving me nuts, I did EVERYTHING the stupid help page said and I STILL cannot get it to work. It keeps telling me to join and I already did. Believe me my bank account gives me input every time I spend money

The first thing to do is check if the invited members are logged in their own accounts when trying to accept the invitation.

 

Maybe using different browsers might help.

When i first got into my family plan I had a similar problem, but i realized i was trying to join the family plan while still being logged into my providers account. You must make your own Spotify account to be able to join the family plan through the provided link. Hope this helped.
