HELP!! before I cancel

HELP!! before I cancel

I have paid for the premium version for two months. I continue to only get “free”. My account states free. I have the premium family plan. My kids can listen as premium but when I sign in it says FREE again. I have logged out. I have reinstalled the app. I have tried to log in with Facebook everything I can think of. Can I NOT just talk to someone?? For the life of God. Maybe I need to just cancel and go to the Apple system for our families music. I have paid for premium the entire time and yet I have not one month been able to use my premium but oh maybe all of one week!!! I’m beyond frustrated!!!

Sorry for the late reply. The main account on your Spotify family package can view the accounts linked to the package by logging in on the website and viewing the subscriptions to make sure your account is linked. If the problem persists you can get help here:
