Han desaparecido las personas incluidas en mi subscripción familiar

Han desaparecido las personas incluidas en mi subscripción familiar

Desde esta mañana las personas incluidas en mi subscripción familiar han desaparecido. La cuenta Premium sigue vigente, se sigue indicando que es está activado el modo familiar, pero faltan las tres personas que estaban incluidas.

Hey @jolaskoaga, help's here. 

 

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like your family members were removed from your family plan. 

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan. This might be what happened with your members. 

 

If they do live in the same address, we suggest you sending new invites to them.
