Hey there @Constanza123,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like your family member is accessing a Free account.

 

If you've already invited them to your plan and their account should be on Premium, we'd recommend asking them to follow the steps here to locate the account and access their Premium account instead.

 

To avoid further confusion, we'd also suggest they follow the steps here to close any additional accounts they have.
