Hello, i have suscribed to a Premium FAmily PLan months ago but my husband can't suscribe.

Hello, i have suscribed to a Premium FAmily PLan months ago but my husband can't suscribe.

When i send my husband the invitation and he tries to suscribe, it appears to him an error message wich says he has the wrong adress. The problem is that when i registered i didn't put any adress or cannot see it in my suscription

information available for me. Today i tried again to send the invitation to my spouse and only an error message appeared him whithout any explanation.

Hey @caroaspillaga, welcome to the Community!

 

Ask your husband to try joining the plan using an incognito window. If that doesn't help, ask him to copy and paste the invite link instead of clicking it.
