Help with family premium

hello, i need Help with family premium. I switched family about a month ago, because we moved house. Now, our card expired and we had to make a new family and i cant join a family because i can switch a family premium only once in 12 months. Is there any solution? Or i will just have to Wait 12 months to have premium? Please Help me.
