Hi, I'm subscribed to a family plan but cannot add any of my family on

Ive been trying on a laptop instead of a desktop. Could that be the problem?

Hi there @waynereilly20!

 

It's worth checking if you're logged in to your Family Owner's account on your account page, as it's possible that you're currently logged in to another one. Try accessing it with the help of all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up.

 

Once you're logged in to the correct account, you should scroll down to Manage your family accounts and select the option to add or remove members. From there you can copy the invite link and send it to the rest of your family. They'll then need to log in to their own Spotify account (with their own email address and password) and confirm their full address.

 

In case you're unable to find the secondary account on your own, it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they're the ones who can help out further and provide you with more insight on the matter.
