Hola, quiero comprar dos cuentas adicionales en mi plan familiar y no puedo

Despues de pagar mi plan me di cuenta que spotify familiar ya no es para 6 personas, sino para 4 y en los detalles me salía que podía comprar has 2 cuentas adicionales más, entonces yo quise hacerlo pero no me deja

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and we hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum. 

 

Could you share as many details as possible about what happens when you attempt to purchase additional accounts for the plan? Do you see any error messages for example?

 

One thing to keep in mind is that in order to be able to purchase additional accounts, you have to already have 4 Family members invited and you have to have a recurring payment method registered for your subscription.  

 

Additionally, let us know in case you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as testing on another device for example.

Ayuda! Me pasa igual, quiero comprar dos cuentas adicionales en mi plan familiar y no puedo

Ya tengo 4 miembros en mi plan familiar, quiero comprar las 2 cuentas adicionales y no me sale la opción.

Registre mi tarjeta, al dar click al botón suscribirme en la sección plan familiar no me aparece ninguna opción de suscripción.

Hi, I already have my four memberships included, I have my card enrolled for recurring payments, however I do not get the option to purchase the two additional accounts.

What should I do?

Hola, me pasa la misma situación y ya compré regularmente y tengo las 4 cuentas, pero sigue sin aparecer, no podrían habilitarme está opción??

Could you try these steps and let us know if the options are still not available to you? Make sure you're not using any VPN services when doing so:

  1. Go to your account page
  2. Under Manage your plan , click Buy additional accounts
  3. Click Continue
  4. Choose your preferred payment method

Keep in mind that, as @Ivelina has mentioned, you need to make sure you have all available Family slots filled up before you attempt purchasing new ones 🙂
