Home address rejected

I need help to let spotify recognise my home address.

I live in the countryside nearby Roma (Italy) and my address does not have any "via" or  any number, it is on a big road simply at a measurable distance from the beginning at km 38.00

No way to insert this kind of address in the field, my address doesn't match.

I'm using with my wife the family option and always payed for the service.

Now Spotify asks me to insert and verify my home address that this way cannot be verified.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks for reaching out.

If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter it then select Find. 

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.

Hello, I already tried but it doesn't work, no way.

We live in the countryside on a big road but no number, no building.

The correct address is [snip - Community Moderator edit] and there is no way to put it in the fields.

I send you a picture from Google maps with the Gps coordinates so you can figure it out.

Thanks for letting me know.

I'd recommend putting in the closest address to your home that you see available.
