How can I view previous members of my premium family plan?

My Question or Issue

Is there a way to see the usernames that were previous members of my family account? My brother made a new Spotify account last year, so I switched the membership slot to his new account. He recently died and we would like to listen to his old playlists from his previous account, but I can't remember the username because it was a random jumble of letters and numbers. Is that information still held somewhere?

If you don't know the username of an account, you can also use the email address (that is associated with his account) as the 'username' for logging in.

If you've already tried that and it didn't work, let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest. 🙂
