How can we know what the address we input on our profile? because i already forgot that.
Hey @lavenderjaejung,
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to view or change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.
If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account 🙂
What if i am about to move and want to "change" the Family? I wanted to quit on the one family and enter in a new one with the same Account? Is that possible ?
So your telling me if I move.. I have to create a whole new account? What kinda solution is that? I mean you spend all that time building your account into what you want.. bands you follow, stations etc.. all that has been personalized and now you have to start over?? What?? WHAT?? I have to be misunderstanding this. That's the dumbest thing I've heard today. Canceling my premium trial if that is the case. Just show me the stupid ads in that case. Its taken me long enough to get spotify to show me relivant music.. I'm not creating a whole new account.
Hey @Jangha,
Please note that you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
You've mentioned that you're currently using regular Premium. If that's the case, you don't need to create a new account 🙂 This only applies to users who own a Premium for Family plan.
Yes, I have regular Premium trial now.. however I was wanting to do family when the trial ends. So.. if I sign up for family and then move.. which is a very real possibility in the next 6 months, I have to start all over with a new account? I've got 2 days left on this trial. So far it's looking like a cancel.. cause i don't see paying $10 a month for something that I could pay $15 for all 4 of my family members. There really should be a way for your to share with your family and update your address. That's pretty lame to have to lose your account.
Hello,
How do i See for how long i am a Member?
And do i have to quit before i enter to the Next Family? Or how does it Work?
I don't think it's possible to see the exact date when you joined the Premium for Family plan. You have to return to the Free plan before you can join another Premium for Family plan.
