How could I stop adding songs to my history when I use Alexa or carplay?

I have a premium family account I add my user to Alexa and when my mother-in-law come to stay a couple of days with us she plays music for the language she speaks and it goes to my history, them the Spotify algorithm starts pooping that music in my account all the time (I don't even speak that language).
