How to add someone to my Family plan if Spotify rejects the address?

I can't add my cousin to my Family account even though there is one spot left. I sent her the link to join the Family account, but when she needs to write the address, Spotify says it's not the right address even though it is precisely written as in the account when I created it. What should I do?

Can you send another invite to your cousin following these steps? Once they get the email invite, ask them to accept it using a different browser or private window. It is also best to complete this process while you both are at the same physical location to avoid any issues.
