How to cancel a Family subscription

Hello,

few minutes ago, I tried to subscribe a family plan and after realizing that despite I live at the same address of my sister and brother, using a payment located in another country, I cannot subscribe this plan, I'd like to cancel it. By that, I mean that I want to go back to the free and get back the 14,99 eur just charged. How should I proceed?

If you think you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
