My Question or Issue

Hello, we need help with Premium Family account, plan manager is not using spotify anymore and we want to have option to manage our members. Plan manager tried to change for his position one of our plan members, but is not possible.

 

What can we do? We dont want to add new member, but now we dont have options which has plan manager. Is it possible to cancel family premium by plan manager and after that, one of us create a new family premium (so one of us will be new plan manager)? If yes, how we can do it? 

 

Do you have another option how to solve our problem?

Hey @PlanMember,

 

Yeah, of course that's possible.

 

  1. The current plan manager needs to cancel the subscription by following these steps
  2. Once the subscription has ended, one of you can start a new Premium Family plan here
  3. The person who started the plan can now send invites to the rest of you by following these steps

Thanks for your response. We would like to do it, but we found out that plan manager couldn't sign up to his account, he doesnt know which email address was used. (All things that i wrote, he tried few months Ago).We tried to found it, but we only see name of his account, but not email address. We dont know what else can we do, he tried all email address, but it doesnt work.

 

Please can you help?
