How to change Premium subscription

Hello all,

 

I tried to get a Premium subscription in December and gave my Credit card number. In Debember I paid 14,99€, I got access in one of my phones, and sent the invite to my family for upgrading their free account.

Links did not work, my account did only work for 1 month, and then I went back to free. Nowadays I have seen that I've been charged again 14,99€ in Apr the 20th, while I'm getting no premium service at all

Could you please help me or give me some hints to clarify what to do?

Mi user account is setepovic, my email is [redacted]@gmail.com, and I'm from Spain
