My Question or Issue
Hi, i need to cancel my family premium as a member, but when i cancel it in subscription menu and get this:
You've canceled Premium.
Your subscription will end on 3/14/19
today i still have it... how can this be settled ?

If you are a member of the Premium for Family plan, you must ask the Administrator of the plan to remove you.
When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Premium or Free?
If it show as Premium, is it regular or Family?
