How to retrieve my previous family invited list?

My premium family got paused because my credit card expired. I just entered a new card and subscribed to new plan. But when I go to Plan Member list, it's all gone. Do I have to re-invite again?

Yes, when a subscription ends, all members get removed from the plan and you'll need to invite them again if you'd like them to be part of the plan.
