How to switch subscription plan from Singtel to Spotify?

I’m currently subscribed to Spotify Family Plan under Singtel (a partner of Spotify. I would like to cancel my subscription from Singtel and go directly under Spotify.

May i know:

What will happen to my and my family members account after cancelling from Singtel? Will it automatically be transferred to Spotify and retain all of our playlists? Or will we have to re-sign up under Spotify and re-set up the family plan?

Hey @Meowss,

Thanks for reaching out. 

When the Spotify subscription through Singtel ends, all accounts will simply revert to Spotify's free plan and all offline music downloads will be removed from the devices, since that's a Premium-only feature 🙂

At that point you can decide if you'd like to upgrade to one of the Premium plans again at https://spotify.com/premium.

Just to make sure I got it right, means after all accounts revert to free plan when I cancel my current SingTel subscription, I will need to upgrade to premium family plan and add everyone back again? Thanks
