I PAID FOR SPOTIFY PREMIUM BUT I STILL CAN'T USE THE PREMIUM FEATURES. WHY IS THAT?

That is not cool. Before I continue, did you use student discount?

I'm having the same problem and I tried using the student discount myself, but I'm a highschool student and I couldn't upload the documents they wanted because, well, I don't have them. But they still took the $5 put of my account.

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.

I have the same problem. In addition, they took me 15 euros instead of 5, and I don't know if i will have this 10euros back.

If it was a student discount payment and it failed, it will take out a tempoary charge.

 

This should be removed soon, it depends on your bank for how long it takes to return.

I too have a similar issue , after the trial period, my bank card was charged on the 27th November . Today is November 30th I am still

locked out of premium individual service. 
ALERT: Your account no. <snip-moderator edit> has been debited with <snip-moderator edit> for a POS PURCHASE at SPOTIFY AB STOCKHOLM SWE on 27/11/2024. 
 How can I resolve this
