I am not being able to add members to my family plan

I am not being able to add members to my family plan

When I try to add a family member, with the same address, from my home, Spotify rejects them for having a different address, which is not the case

Hi there!


In order for them to join the plan, the country on their account page must match the one you've set on your own account page, so make sure to check that. More info on how to change the country here.


Something else you can try out is updating the current address on the main Family account by entering it in a slightly different way to see if that does the trick.
