I am on family plan with husband and it's supposed to be at free

I am on family plan with husband and it's supposed to be at free

I'm on a family plan with husband and it supposed to be ads free how do you fix this problem

Things you can do:

 

One, log in to your desktop as well as your mobile.  Compare the experience.  If the ads free works on the desktop and not the app and vice versa, you've narrowed down where the issue may be.  The apps are known to have issues sometimes so you have to play process of elimination to figure out what's what.

 

If it is an app issue then you need to fully clean your cache/cookies, then uninstall and reinstall the app.  If this is not the issue then it is directly related to your account itself, and you will have to report this to spotify directly as this is a major bug.
