I bought a family plan but i'm unable to add members.

I bought a family plan but i'm unable to add members.

I bought a plan but i cannot see the manage option under the account overview. Plus it shows my plan is premium individual although i paid 2149Rs. for an year and opted for family premium plan.

Hi there!


Could you confirm that you're logging in to the correct account on your Family page? It's worth checking your inbox, as Spotify automatically sends an email when you first start a subscription. In it you should be able to find your username/email address - use it along with your password to log in to your Family page and manage your plan. If necessary, you can reset the password by following the steps here.
