I can't access my playlists. I can only access the plan manager's playlists

I can't access my playlists. I can only access the plan manager's playlists

I had a problem with the app on my phone, which led me to uninstall and re-install it. When I re-installed Spotify, I couldn't find my plan member playlists and am logged in with the plan manager's playlists.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

That's likely because you've used the login credentials of the plan owner. Each member of a Premium Duo/Family plan has their own, separate Spotify account, so you'll need to use your own login credentials (email address/username and password) to log into Spotify.
